All products on Ebooks Mania are digital downloads that are delivered instantly by email. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on completed purchases. Please read the product description carefully before buying.
If something goes wrong
If your file is corrupted, a download link does not work, or you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will repair, replace or re-send your files free of charge — so you always receive exactly what you paid for.
Duplicate charges
If you are charged twice for the same order by mistake, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Cancellations
Orders are processed and delivered automatically within seconds of payment, so cancellations are not possible after a purchase is completed.
